Architecture, Design & Construction Internship - Dubai

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (who has graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Architecture, Design & Construction team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.  
 
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.


The Opportunity

Working in Hilton’s Regional office for MEA will give the successful candidate valuable exposure to AD&C’s core activities in the development and delivery of market-leading hotels, resorts, and residences. The intern will be an integral part of the MEA AD&C Team and will play an active role in contributing to the team’s successes. As an intern, you will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards your advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps. 

 

As the Hilton AD&C intern, your activities will include:

Working closely with the Project Directors to support on new development, adaptive re-use, and conversions projects across MEA.Reviewing project documentation drawings, specifications, reports, materials and preparing review summary reports.Providing support to the Project Directors on relevant projects and initiatives.Supporting the Project Directors with site and mock-up inspections.Attending project meetings with Project Directors.  Preparing pipeline and project specifics reports.Preparing executive presentations for regional meetings, stakeholders, and projects.  

Joining Regional AD&C meetings as and when required.

Location: Area Office, Dubai. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams.

 

What are we looking for?

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;  

First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.You must have graduated, or be due to graduate, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026.You must have graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or Architecture.You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 1st of September 2026.  Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship.Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and takes ownership of tasks.Excellent time management, organisational, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.Strong team-working and problem-solving skills along with accuracy and attention to detail.Good at planning, keeping records and paying attention to detail.Passionate about driving the right-first-time approach to project development.Strong in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Working knowledge of Salesforce.Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or CAD Software experience is a plus.Above all, you must have a positive can-do-attitude, be engaging, resilient and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
