Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for customers, architects, construction managers, and owners throughout each project lifecycle. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and performance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact with customers, architects, construction managers, and owners.Attend all in-person and virtual meetings related to the project.Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and other relevant proposal documents.Develop detailed project schedules and track, update, and report on production and installation activities.Lead a team of facade designers, engineers, and coordinators.Ensure that the system as designed and detailed meets all project performance requirements and specifications.Ensure all materials are ordered on time and comply with project specifications.Collaborate with manufacturing and quality control personnel to ensure the finished product meets schedule, quality, and performance expectations.Collaborate with on-site field personnel to ensure the finished product meets customer expectations.Travel for mock-ups, first installation, and as needed to support the customer.Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in Architecture and Project Management.Proficiency in BIM and Facade Design.Knowledge of Bluebeam software.AEC Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.2D/3D Design proficiency.Architectural and Structural knowledge.Construction administration expertise.Experience in scheduling and coordinating.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on facade-related architecture and engineering projects, including air filtration and structural aspects.Work Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
