The ideal candidate will be proficient with Revit and have experience with construction documents and design. Responsibilities + Develop and manage construction documents using Revit software. + Collaborate on design development and schematic design phases. + Assist in construction administration tasks and ensure project compliance with architectural standards. + Work on institutional and residential projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit software. + Experience in drafting and construction documents. + Strong architectural design skills. + Knowledge of construction administration and design development. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. + Excellent communication and time management skills. + Experience with institutional projects. Work Environment The office is located in Providence, RI, and offers plenty of parking. Employees are required to be in the office 3-4 days per week, with flexibility after the training period. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.
