Join a collaborative team delivering technically sound, patient‑centric healthcare and life science environments. As an Architectural Job Captain, you’ll own day‑to‑day production in Revit, coordinate across disciplines and clients, and help drive projects from schematic design through construction documents.

What you’ll doLead Revit model development and construction document production for assigned packages (plans, elevations, details, schedules).Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design/technical issues and maintain drawing standards.Translate redlines and markups into clear, buildable documentation; perform QA/QC checks for completeness and consistency.Support RFI/submittal responses and revisions during CA in partnership with the Project Architect/PM.Track deliverables and help keep scope, schedule, and quality on target.What you’ll bring4+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated Revit proficiency (portfolio or sheet samples ideal).Strong command of construction documents and detailing best practices.Experience collaborating with MEP/structural consultants and client stakeholders.Working knowledge of codes and healthcare/lab planning fundamentals is a plus.AutoCAD familiarity; Adobe (InDesign/Acrobat/Illustrator) for sheets/presentations; Drafting fundamentals.Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch or related) required; on the path to licensure is a plus.Preferred project experienceHealthcare (inpatient/outpatient) and/or life sciences (R&D, cGMP, labs).Nice to haveExperience setting up Revit worksharing, view templates, and sheet standards.Prior CA exposure (RFIs, submittals, addenda).Portfolio samples demonstrating technical clarity and coordination.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
