About the Role
Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Designer with foundational experience in drafting and design to join their Boston-based team. This role is ideal for someone early in their architectural career who is eager to grow technical and project-based skills within a collaborative environment. The designer will support the development of construction documents, assist in project drafting, and work closely with team members on a variety of project types. Exposure to healthcare projects is a plus but not required.
ResponsibilitiesProduce drafting and design documents using Revit.Support the development of construction documents and architectural drawing sets.Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams on project execution.Assist with design revisions, redlines, and document updates.Participate in internal project meetings and coordination activities.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.0–3 years of professional experience (internship experience acceptable).Proficiency with Revit.Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.Interest in working on healthcare projects (experience is a plus, not required).Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with construction documentation standards.Understanding of architectural design principles and project workflows.Strong communication and organizational skills.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
