Entry-Level Architectural Designer — Boston, MA Location: Boston, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry Level (0–3 Years) About the Role Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Designer with foundational experience in drafting and design to join their Boston-based team. This role is ideal for someone early in their architectural career who is eager to grow technical and project-based skills within a collaborative environment. The designer will support the development of construction documents, assist in project drafting, and work closely with team members on a variety of project types. Exposure to healthcare projects is a plus but not required. Responsibilities + Produce drafting and design documents using Revit. + Support the development of construction documents and architectural drawing sets. + Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams on project execution. + Assist with design revisions, redlines, and document updates. + Participate in internal project meetings and coordination activities. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. + 0–3 years of professional experience (internship experience acceptable). + Proficiency with Revit. + Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. + Interest in working on healthcare projects (experience is a plus, not required). Preferred Skills + Familiarity with construction documentation standards. + Understanding of architectural design principles and project workflows. + Strong communication and organizational skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
