About the Role

You will play a key role in designing, drafting, and managing multi-family, commercial, and NYCHA projects. This position offers direct involvement in project development from concept through construction documents, along with consistent site exposure and leadership opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support multi-family, commercial, and NYCHA project workflowsProduce drawings and manage projects using Revit and AutoCADContribute expertise in historic preservation and rehabilitationPrepare and oversee multiple filing sets and drawing packages for major regional projectsGuide junior architects and consultants, maintaining strong client relationships and meeting key deadlinesConduct site visits to identify solutions for field conditions and gather measurements and photosDevelop construction drawings, details, and specifications for renovation and restoration projects across NYCParticipate in design development, project management, and technical BIM responsibilitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureProficiency in RevitExperience working on multi-family projectsSolid understanding of building codesStrong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations and timelinesPreferred Skills2–3 years of professional architectural experienceBackground in historic preservation and rehabilitationFamiliarity with NYCHA and construction administrationExperience with BIM coordination and technical detailingAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentWhy This Opportunity Stands OutAccess to large-scale, high-impact NYC projectsSignificant professional growth and mentorship opportunitiesExposure to both design and technical sides of complex architectural workA chance to lead, collaborate, and work closely with an experienced teamJob Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
