Architectural Designer - Role Summary

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer with 3–4+ years of professional experience who can contribute immediately to documentation and coordination on active projects. You’re fluent in Revit, confident producing and editing construction documents, and comfortable collaborating across disciplines in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment.

What You’ll DoDevelop coordinated Revit models and construction drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, details) from DD through CA.Translate design intent into clear, buildable details and specifications; assist with redlines and quality control.Participate in consultant coordination (MEP/FP/structural) and resolve clashes/issues with practical, constructible solutions.Support site observations, RFIs/submittals, and punch lists during construction.Contribute to planning/test‑fits and code/zoning research for corporate office projects; exposure to higher ed and life science work as assigned.Help maintain firm Revit standards, families, and documentation libraries.What You Bring3–4+ years of experience in an architectural practice (US experience preferred).Strong proficiency with Revit for production (families, worksharing, views/sheets).Proven experience producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or Interior Design) from an accredited program.Working knowledge of building systems, materials, detailing, and applicable codes.Clear, professional communication with teammates, consultants, and clients.

Nice to Have

Experience on corporate interiors, hospitality, or residential projects.Exposure to life science planning (e.g., lab/test‑fit fundamentals) or higher education standards.Enscape/Bluebeam/Adobe (or similar) skills for visualization and markups.Progress toward licensure is a plus.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
