Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Hiring Location: Only Hyderabad
Experience Range: 10+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Technology Team, supporting major transformational change within Customer Servicing. This role will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and optimising Salesforce-based servicing platforms to enhance customer journeys and colleague experience.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership and team management responsibilities, remaining close to both business stakeholders and development teams.

Must Have Skills & Experience

Experience & Leadership

10+ years of Salesforce experience Minimum 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect Experience managing and mentoring development teams and QA Analysts Strong stakeholder management skills, including Senior Leadership Proven ability to guide business strategy and proactively manage Salesforce Account relationships Experience working within Agile SDLC environments Strong commercial awareness and business process understanding

Salesforce Architecture & Development

Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design Strong hands-on development experience in: Apex & Apex Test Classes Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce Pages Triggers Flows Custom Objects Lightning Components Email Templates Customer & Partner Communities Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Agentforce Service) Experience with AppExchange applications Experience performing Salesforce administration tasks: User roles and profiles Organisation-wide defaults Licence management Fully conversant with current and legacy Salesforce licence models and feature licences

Integration & Technical Expertise

Integration with external systems via: REST APIs Web Services On-premise systems Third-party applications Telephony integration experience Strong understanding of various technology stacks outside Salesforce Ability to analyse existing codebases and architecture to identify design and functionality issues Production support experience with root cause analysis and issue resolution within SLA Experience raising and managing support tickets directly with Salesforce

Agentic AI & Innovation

Highly conversant with Agentic AI and Agentforce (minimum prototyping experience) Experience developing innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Ability to articulate Salesforce evolution and recommend optimal feature usage

Governance, Quality & Security

Conduct security reviews using approved security tools Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and quality standards Maintain high-quality documentation Ensure all internal and external support tickets are resolved within SLA Review and optimise code written by colleagues

Tools & Ecosystem

Experience using: Jira Confluence GitHub (version control) Active participation in the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce, SI’s, ISV’s, vendors/partners)

Certifications

Holds current Salesforce certifications (strongly preferred) Working toward further certifications Must demonstrate depth of experience and ability to articulate Situation–Task–Action–Result (STAR) examples

Good to Have Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools: Copado Gearset AutoRabbit Flosum AWS CodePipeline Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with: NICE CX One AWS integrations MuleSoft Tableau Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Experience with Agentforce Sales (Sales Cloud), with strong understanding of service-led architecture

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Salesforce Developers and QA Analysts Design and deliver scalable Salesforce architecture solutions Oversee development of new functionality and enhancements Own production support and SLA adherence Liaise with Salesforce on product capabilities and technical issues Present technical updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Mentor junior team members Review Salesforce release notes and advise business impact Maintain architectural documentation and governance standards Drive continuous optimisation of customer journeys
