Cloud & AWS Expertise
Deep hands-on experience withAWS services(EC2, Network ACLs, RDS, S3, ELB, CloudFront, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Route 53, Load Balancing, API Gateway, IAM, ACM)
Strong knowledge ofAWS pricing models, billing, and cost allocation
Expertise inAWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, CUR (Cost & Usage Reports)
AWS Cost Management / FinOps
Proven experience inAWS cost optimization(Capacity planning, performance tuning rightsizing, savings plans, reserved instances)
Monthly, quarterly, yearlycost analysis and executive reporting
Website Stability & Performance Monitoring
Monitoring and ing usingCloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail
Experience withAPM and uptime monitoring tools(Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, etc.)
Root cause analysis (RCA) for outages, security s and performance degradation
SLAs, SLOs, and uptime reporting

[Responsibilities and Duties]:
1. Cloud Operations & Support Leadership
Lead BAU cloud operations and support teams, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of applications on AWS and Akamai CDN
2. Incident Management & RCA
Own major incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), postincident reviews, and implementation of preventive actions
3. Cost Management & FinOps
Drive AWS and CDN cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and regular cost and usage reporting
4. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability
Establish and manage monitoring, ing, and observability using tools such as Grafana and AWS CloudWatch
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Drive discussions, prepare and present operational, performance, SLA, and availability reports to technical and business stakeholders
Important:
Shift Timings: 9 A.M - 6 P.M (Indian Standard Time). Work from office minimum 2 days/week.
Flexible to work in non-business hours to support resolution of critical issues to meet SLA/KPIs and support teams for major project/product launch.
