Job overview and responsibilities 
The Architect – CyberSecurity Data Analytics & AI contributes to advancing Cyber security Analytical and AI capabilities for United Airlines. As part of a cross-disciplinary Cyber team focused on full stack security Analytics and AI, this role supports the development and maintenance of Cybersecurity Analytics and AI Platform initiatives. The Architect collaborates with product, platform, engineering, and operations teams to facilitate platform adoption and works to enhance Analytics and AI feature functions along with associated playbooks, workflows, processes, and procedures.

Demonstrate technology competency domains such as business intelligence dashboards, AI and Agentic workflowsDemonstrate hands on technology competence in AWS Data Lake, AWS Quick sight, AWS Bedrock, Python, Lang Graph Agentic workflowsDevelop and promote security and resiliency architecture strategies, frameworks and patterns while partnering closely with other cybersecurity teams and collaborating with partner organizationSupport the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks and patterns while partnering closely with other cybersecurity teamsAssists in defining and implementing CI/CD pipeline tools, test plans and vulnerabilities assessment tools for Cybersecurity Analytics and AI PlatformSupport secure infrastructure-as-code for end-to-end configuration and overall success of the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environmentsParticipate in continuous improvement efforts, including preparing and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvementEducate and mentor junior team members

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

 

Bachelor's degree5+ years of technical experience directly related to cloud Working knowledge of cloud service providers (e.g., AWS as primary, Azure, GCP are plus)Working knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and secure network architecturesProficiency with scripting and automation toolsWorking knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)Basic understanding of network security and data encryptionExpert knowledge of AWS Data lake,AWS Glue, AWS QuickSight, PythonAbility to work independently and self-motivateExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication skillsMust be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
