We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Multifamily Architect to join our collaborative design team and help shape a transformative large-scale affordable housing project in East New York. In this position, you’ll play a key role in guiding a major new construction project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, working closely with an Associate and a highly skilled project team. You’ll be hands-on in Revit, deeply involved in design development, and contributing to a project that blends thoughtful architecture with social impact.

What You’ll DoSupport the design and delivery of a large-scale, low-income multifamily housing project in East New YorkCollaborate with an Associate to move the project seamlessly from SD through CAProduce high-quality, detailed Revit-based construction documentsParticipate in design development, technical coordination, and construction administrationWork closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve design and performance goalsApply your knowledge of NYC codes, zoning, and building regulations to real-world challengesWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture5+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong focus on new constructionProven experience with high-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality projectsAdvanced proficiency in RevitExperience with design development and construction administrationSolid familiarity with NYC projects, codes, and zoning regulationsWhy You’ll Love Working HerePredictable schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with minimal overtimeBusiness-casual environment that values professionalism and comfortA highly collaborative team structure, with each project led by a Partner or Associate Partner, supported by a Project Manager and talented intermediate architectsConsultants are typically dedicated to one project at a time, allowing you to go deep, grow your expertise, and make a meaningful contributionThe opportunity to work on significant, mission-driven projects that positively impact New York City communities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
