Job Title: Architect/ Architect Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to draft construction drawings and documents for a variety of projects, including warehouses, commercial spaces, and government-funded municipal projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and involves collaborating within a team setting, reporting directly to a senior architect.

Responsibilities

Draft construction drawings and documents for various projects such as warehouses, commercial spaces, and municipal projects.Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD.Collaborate effectively within a team and report to a senior architect.Coordinate and oversee junior staff to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong background in architecture.Knowledge of building codes.Ability to assemble comprehensive construction drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in architectural design and commercial architecture.Skilled in drafting and electrical design.Professional Engineer certification.Experience with SketchUp.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
