**Job title** : _Controlling Manager_ + **Location:** Argentina, Buenos Aires + **Job type:** Permanent + Hybrid Model **About the job** **Main responsibilities:** • Provides an accurate & timely picture of the financial situation compared to objectives for current and future periods • Acts as a business partner able to advise and challenge operational management and stakeholders • Accountable for data quality and compliance with group policies • Builds and updates entity's forecasts (Budget, Trends, Long Range Plan) related to activity KPIs • Reports, analyzes and explains variances versus target (and competition when applicable) • Ensures closing tasks are completed on time and in line with group policies • Assesses risks and opportunities, supports management to take corrective actions, and makes proactive recommendations on business improvement • Performs financial and business analyses on projects or operational/strategic matters (including new opportunities, acquisitions, alliances and partnerships) • Ensures corporate finance procedures are implemented and respected (AED, contracts, SOA, etc.) • Ensures effective cooperation with internal counterparts in other departments and within Finance functions through appropriate business understanding • Accountable for team development and management **About you** • Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Business Partner • SAP system management and proficiency required **Soft Skills:** + **Strategic thinking** - Ability to see the big picture and connect financial data to business strategy. + **Communication & influence** - Strong ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms and influence decision-making. + **Attention to detail** - Ensures accuracy and quality in financial reporting and analysis. + **Proactive & results-oriented** - Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives actions to achieve objectives. + **Adaptability & agility** - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. **Languages:** + Fluent in English and Spanish. \#LI-Hybrid y #LI-LAT **Pursue progress, discover extraordinary** Better is out there.
