Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections Associate to join our team. This role involves making collections calls to various customers with past due bills and balances, many of whom are in the government sector. While experience in the manufacturing industry and with government portals is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
ResponsibilitiesMake collections calls to customers with past due bills and balances.Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently.Utilize Vlookup and aging reports to track and manage outstanding accounts.Provide excellent customer service during billing collections.Perform outbound calls for collections.Conduct data entry related to accounts and collections.Essential SkillsExperience in collections and accounts receivable.Proficiency in Vlookup and aging reports.Strong customer service skills.Experience with billing collections and outbound calls.Data entry expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with government portals.Background in the manufacturing industry.Work Environment
You will work on-site every day with a flexible schedule of 8-5, 9-6, or 8:30-5:50, with 8-5 being the primary shift. Enjoy a nice office environment where you will be treated like a permanent employee from day one, involved in company outings and events, and provided with training to enhance your skills. There is an opportunity to convert to a permanent role after six months.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
