Our client is seeking an AR Admin to join their team. As an AR Admin, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AR Admin

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $18-$23/ hour

Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Enter in Ship-to addresses accurately and efficiently Handle credit memos and ensure proper documentation Send emails to sales and accounts receivable collectors to facilitate collections Upload tax exemption certificates and maintain compliance Set up new customers and review credit references and online sites for credit approval

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in handling credit references and online credit sites Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
