Apprentice Shop Carpenters

( Can Start ASAP 1st and 2nd shift )

Pay: $18 - 20/hr

Job Description:

Large Company looking to train and develop Candidates who are interested in Learning more about General Carpentry!

In this role, you will help build wall panels, trusses, floors, stairs, and other framing components using hand and power tools. You will work on your feet throughout the shift, alongside a team of 3–4 crew members, while meeting production quotas and following strict safety guidelines. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering year-round work, consistent overtime, and long-term growth potential.

Job Duties:

Assemble wall panels, trusses, and additional framing componentsUse hand and power tools including tape measures, nail guns, table saws, and utility knivesRead tape measures accurately down to 1/8\"Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentMeet daily/weekly production expectationsLift up to 75 lbs occasionally (2–3 times per shift)Bring required tools on your first day (varies by department)

This is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
