What do Process Manufacturing Technicians do:

Process Manufacturing Technician Apprentices develop the required skills and knowledge in order to be able to:

Control and monitor a process or plant and equipment, effectively, efficiently and securely, and resolve problems or correct abnormal conditions.Complete documentation relevant to the manufacturing process.Work safely in a science manufacturing environment.Understand and follow quality procedures.Participate in continuous performance improvement projects

What you will need to apply:

5 GCSE's including Maths, English, and a Science subject grade 4-9 or equivalent standard (predicted or actual).A positive attitude towards safe working, excellent IT skills, effective communication skills and the ability to follow procedures with a methodical approach.The ability to solve problems in a timely manner, and to stay calm in difficult situations.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work as part of a team.To be self-driven and have an enthusiastic approach to work as well as the desire to succeed.
