**Job Title: Electrician - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team as electrical assemblers or electrical apprentices. This entry-level position requires no prior experience in the electrical field. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and engage in hands-on work in the trade. **Responsibilities** + Participate in electrical assembly and installation tasks. + Work with conduit and wire pulling. + Assist in the construction and wiring processes. + Follow blueprints and other technical instructions. **Essential Skills** + Willingness to learn and work hands-on in the electrical trade. + Ability to work with electrical components such as conduit and wiring. + Understanding of construction and blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be a US citizen. + Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude. + Solid attendance record and strong work ethic. + Proficiency in English, speaking at least 50% fluently. + Any existing electrical knowledge is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and take advantage of the opportunity to enter the electrical apprenticeship program. The role requires working the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 2 AM. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses will be provided during orientation. Candidates must supply their own steel-toed boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
