Project Management Apprentice
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Management Apprentice to join our team and develop foundational project management skills while supporting real estate projects and business initiatives. This apprenticeship program combines hands-on experience with structured learning to build expertise in project coordination, stakeholder management, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support Support senior project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects including office fit-outs, building improvements, lease transactions, and facility management initiatives. Assist with project documentation, timeline tracking, and status reporting to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Administrative Coordination Maintain project files, schedules, and communication logs using project management software. Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders. Track project budgets, invoices, and procurement activities under supervision.
Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors. Schedule meetings, coordinate site visits, and help resolve minor project issues. Support client relationships through professional and timely responses to inquiries.
Learning and Development Participate in formal apprenticeship training covering project management methodologies, real estate fundamentals, and industry software tools. Complete coursework toward relevant certifications while applying concepts to real projects.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest in real estate, construction, or project management fields
Preferred Qualifications
Some college coursework in business, construction management, or related field
Previous internship or work experience in professional environment
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, SharePoint, or similar)
