Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage inbound service appointment phone callsMake outbound appointment calls with dealer provided prospecting listCheck vehicle service history and look for open recallsAdvise customers of recommended servicesEstablish relationships with customers

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Previous experience in a customer service-related fields welcomed, but not requiredAn excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improveListen carefully to customer needs and concernsAbility to build rapport with clientsExtraverted and friendly attitudePrompt and courteous demeanor
