Title: Experienced Caregiver – Dementia Care (Level 4) Location:10236 Barron FieldSan Antonio, TX 78245 Schedule:Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dependable caregiver to provide in-home care for a client with Level 4 dementia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in dementia care, comfortable monitoring vital signs, and able to work in a home that includes a dog. Key Responsibilities: * Provide attentive care and supervision for a client with advanced dementia. * Monitor and record vital signs as required. * Assist with activities of daily living. * Offer calm companionship and reassurance. * Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. * Follow established care plans and safety protocols Qualifications: * Proven experience caring for individuals with dementia (Level 4 preferred) * Ability to accurately take and document vital signs * Comfortable working in a home with a dog * Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor * Strong communication skills * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: * Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications
