We are seeking a dedicated Material Control Specialist with experience in forklift operation, material handling, and warehouse or manufacturing environments. This role involves frequent lifting and carrying of up to 75 lbs., and requires proficiency in Excel or similar software.
ResponsibilitiesOperate electric pallet jacks and forklifts, including sit-down models.Assist on the dock with stacking, moving, and staging materials for production.Load trailers efficiently to support smooth operations.Ensure materials are handled safely and in compliance with company standards.Essential SkillsForklift and material handling experience.Proficiency in Excel or similar software.Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Ability to speak, read, and understand English.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong math skills, including passing a math test with only one incorrect answer allowed within 15 minutes.Computer experience, with a preference for Excel.No specific education required, but manufacturing experience is essential.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team in a food production environment where you can advance your skills and grow within the company. Work EnvironmentWork in a food production environment where Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are strictly enforced. This includes no jewelry, makeup, or ripped clothing, and hair and beard nets if necessary. Employees must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes and will receive a body suit from the security booth daily. Attendance is crucial for direct hire opportunities after 90 days.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
