As an Applied Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Associate in Operations, you will work within an applied AI team dedicated to transforming customer onboarding and software engineering practices. You will partner with software engineers, business stakeholders, and machine learning experts to identify and implement efficiency improvements. Your work will directly impact KYC and onboarding operations, as well as the software development lifecycle. You will help foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

 

Job responsibilities

Formulates, communicates, and drives implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions for challenging problems in KYC and onboarding operations and software engineeringBuilds robust, scalable, and reusable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilitiesWorks with software engineering to design and deploy services that can be integrated with strategic systems and processesLearns about and understands our supported business to drive practical and successful solutionsConducts comprehensive data analysis and identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making. Documents and explains the rationale and design considerations behind the selection of Machine Learning approachesProvides updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in an Machine Learning or related fieldProficient understanding of fundamental Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniquesPractical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental designProgramming skills in PythonEffective verbal and written communication skills with technical and business audiencesDemonstrated ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds
