This SE Specialist role will be aligned to Fusion Saas SCM. **Responsibilities** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** + Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle toarticulate the business value of Oracle Saas SCM + Supporting & Drive complex SCM opportunities as Solution Expert + Leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes + Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed. + Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas SCM to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences. + Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome. + Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas SCM + Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques. + Address the competitive landscape and handle objections. + Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events. + Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community. **WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?** + Leadership skills to drive opportunities. + Excellent communication and presentation & demonstrating skills + Innovative thinking + Strong collaboration skills + Networking skills + Drive and resilience + Curiosity + Emotional intelligence + Ability to self-manage – working independently. + Ability to translate complex customer needs into business solutions. **EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS** + 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare SCM transformation applications (Proc, contracts, order mgmt, inventory, scm planning, demand planning, logistics,...) + Basic knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP / HCM/ SCM / CX + In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Saas SCM. + Having hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Applications is mandatory – certifications are welcome. + Experience with Asset & Maintenance Management. (eg Medical devices,…) + Experience with AI SCM + Experience on how to integrate Fusion SCM with EHR solutions. + Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines. + Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus. + Master’s degree or equivalent desirable + Based in Egypt – language: Arabic & English. + Travel will occur to KSA, …Europe.
