Applies the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate computer software that provide business capabilities, solutions, and/or product suites. Provides systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery of technical solutions is on time and within budget. Researches and supports the integration of emerging technologies. He/She will partner with the business to integrate new technologies into business solutions and create a vision of the technology requirements for the future state of the business. The ideal candidate will be required to develop end to end solutions across the Sales ecosystem, including integration with various external system, possess effective communication skills to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, have strong influencing skills and be motivated toward learning and adopting evolving technologies. The position requires experience with various architectural patterns. Must be experienced in coaching and guiding application development teams delivering business outcomes. Salesforce architecture certifications are desirable
The ideal candidate should have experience in a leading role with deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. He/She should be an in-depth problem solver and aware of Salesforce specific design considerations and associated risks such as large data volumes, governor limits, data integrations, role hierarchy, sharing rules, flows, etc. Familiarity with territory management, canvas apps, connected apps, DevOps tools such as Flosum, Shield monitoring and data encryption and CRM Analytics is desired.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Developer
+ Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce architecture best practices
+ Experience with Architectural Patterns, Multi-tier Application Architecture, Architecture Roadmaps
+ Knowledge of Agile and SAFe Methodologies
+ Experience with Microservices
+ Experience with highly available, large scale, multi-platform systems
+ Knowledge of DevSecOps
+ Knowledge of Database design principles
+ Technical Analysis & Investigative Skills
+ Knowledge of Security Best Practices and Global Privacy Policy
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strategic Thinking
+ Strong Negotiation Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Computer Science or related field

**Pay Range:**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,740.00/year to $246,600.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
