The position requires experience with various architectural patterns. Must be experienced in coaching and guiding application development teams delivering business outcomes. Salesforce architecture certifications are desirable The ideal candidate should have experience in a leading role with deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,740.00/year to $246,600.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
