Job Title: Application Support Engineer / C++ Developer

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C/C++
Enhance and support payment and card processing systems
Integrate applications with VISA and MasterCard networks
Develop and maintain XML-based interfaces and message formats
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database objects
Work closely with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams in an Agile SDLC environment
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
Support application deployment and CI/CD pipelines using Azure / Azure DevOps (where applicable)
Continuously improve code quality and system architecture
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in payments and banking technology
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience working with XML
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in banking, payments, or financial services domain
