The Compliance Trade Reporting (CTR) team is responsible for developing and maintaining multiple regulatory and supervisory reports submitted daily to U.S. regulatory authorities and internal compliance stakeholders. These reports must comply with strict regulatory deadlines set by FINRA, in accordance with SEC rules.
The successful candidate will join the Equity Derivatives / Compliance Trade Reporting application support team, responsible for technical support, QA testing, analysis, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
- Provide application support to users of regulatory reporting and trading systems
- Monitor application processes and supporting infrastructure
- Manage incident and request resolution, including tracking and documentation
- Perform business and data analysis to support users and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with business users and cross-functional technical teams
- Participate in Change Management and Release Management processes
- Contribute to development initiatives within an Agile team
- Execute quality assurance, non-regression, and post-deployment testing
- Drive continuous improvement of applications, operational infrastructure, processes, and documentation
- Track production changes, QA activity, high-impact incidents, and cross-application incidents
- Produce high-quality root cause analysis and remediation action plans
- Create and maintain application documentation, including user manuals and runbooks
- Experience in a similar application support role within a complex information system environment
- Strong ability to structure, document, and share technical and functional knowledge
- Prior experience in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Basic understanding of financial markets / capital markets
- Knowledge of monitoring and batch scheduling concepts
- Proven experience in incident management and request handling
Technical Skills – Must Have
- SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Linux, Windows, Azure, Hadoop environments
- Experience with support / ticketing tools
- Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Autosys or equivalent job scheduling tools
- Development and deployment toolchains (Git, Jenkins, XL-Deploy, etc.)
Language Requirement
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners based in the United States.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy
