Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive technical support for applications utilized by the Equity middle office and back-office functions, including systems for booking, confirmation, and settlement activities.Execute release regression testing to ensure system integrity and functionality.Proactively identify and resolve technical issues through collaborative engagement with development teams and external vendors, addressing both immediate resolutions and long-term solutions.Participate in incident and problem management processes to maintain operational continuity.Serve as the primary liaison between end users, global teams, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.Address user requests for technical assistance and ad-hoc support as required.Establish monitoring protocols, conduct troubleshooting activities, and generate comprehensive status reports to maintain system visibility.Maintain and support the disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity and system resilience.Proactively identify opportunities for platform optimization and lead the implementation of process improvements.Support the transition of projects from development to operational status through system integration, testing, configuration, deployment, localization, and associated programming activities as needed.Job Skills
