Application Specialist (CIP)

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for CIP Application Specialist to join our Industrial Solutions team in Bangkok, Thailand.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a CIP Application Specialist with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation to lead the implementation, auditing, and optimization of Clean-in-Place systems in the Food & Beverage sector.

Your Role at a Glance:

Apply best practices and deep knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, processes, and services.

Solve complex customer application–related problems by taking a fresh perspective and leveraging existing and innovative solutions.

Collaborate with client groups and the sales team to develop solutions to standard customer challenges.

Support the sales team in business development, solution design, trials, and after-sales service to drive growth and ensure business sustainability.

Responsible for the performance and results of the sales team within the assigned area, using application knowledge to set direction, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Onboard new employees to build their capabilities during the induction period and continuously monitor and develop existing employees’ application-related skills through training.

Conduct on-site surveys to establish and optimize cleaning and sanitizing programs for customers.

Implement new products, dispensers, and equipment at customer sites.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in food science or engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).

5–7 years of experience in a technical field with hands-on site exposure, preferably in QC/QA or production environments.

Strong chemistry background with proven on-site problem-solving experience; able to travel extensively and resolve application issues at customer sites.

Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial value to customers while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Capable of delivering basic technical training and effectively sharing and transferring knowledge to the sales team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software.

English proficiency sufficient for internal organizational communication.

Willingness to travel and work in up-country locations.
