We are growing our sales team and therefore looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business insight and exceptional sales ability to join our direct sales team as Sales Representative in the direct sales team. To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be capable to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. If you have proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota — we want you!

As a Sales Representative, you will: 

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive business growth and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain a balanced pipeline that supports both short-term wins and long-term growth. Lead multi-channel demand generation initiatives, including outbound prospecting, social selling, digital engagement, and large-scale marketing campaigns. Orchestrate internal and external resources to ensure strong pipeline generation in alignment with targets. Engage prospective customers through virtual, telephone, and — where required — face-to-face interactions. Consult and position Oracle’s applications and services to lower mid-market businesses (revenue < USD 10M), aligning solutions with business needs and pain points. Build trusted relationships and secure customer success references in the local market. Maintain high forecast accuracy supported by rigorous account coverage, structured deal management, and well-defined win plans. Use CRM and internal systems effectively to manage opportunities, pipeline stages, and forecast health. Strategically leverage and coordinate internal and external resources — including Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, Industry Specialists, and Leadership — to enable effective go-to-market execution and exceed quota objectives.
