**Role: Application Infrastructure Technology (AIT) Manager**
**Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)**
**Duration: 12+ months (High likelihood of extension/conversion)**
**Role Summary**
We are seeking an **Application Infrastructure Technology (AIT) Manager** to oversee the end-to-end compliance, risk management, and lifecycle of registered applications ( **AppHQ** ) within the bank’s ecosystem. This role ensures adherence to **IT Policies, Standards, and Security Baselines** by collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and Risk teams. The ideal candidate will excel in **process optimization, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination** to maintain AIT compliance through tools like **RISE (Risk Integration and Support Environment)** and **GIS Continuous Monitoring** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Application Governance** : Maintain accuracy of **AppHQ** records, ensuring AIT details (ownership, dependencies, risk artifacts) are up-to-date.
+ **Risk & Compliance** :
+ Manage **RISE deliverables** , audit coordination, and risk case creation (e.g., GIS ERP exceptions, SIAI risk cases).
+ Track **GIS Continuous Monitoring** metrics (patching, vulnerabilities) and assess impacts on AITs.
+ Support development of **Policies, Standards, and Baselines** for AITs.
+ **Documentation & Reporting** :
+ Oversee documentation for tollgate approvals (e.g., audit findings, risk assessments).
+ Generate weekly reports on **AIT metrics** (RISE, GIS CM) and escalate risks.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** :
+ Partner with **Product Managers, Engineers, and Risk Officers** to address AIT gaps.
+ Facilitate **risk mitigation plans** and exception workflows. **Must-Have Qualifications**
+ 5+ years in **IT application management, infrastructure governance, or risk compliance** .
+ Expertise in:
+ **Banking IT policies/standards** (e.g., SOX, GLBA).
+ **Risk frameworks** (RISE, NIST, ISO 27001).
+ **Tools** : AppHQ, GIS Continuous Monitoring, Excel (advanced reporting).
+ **Soft Skills** :
+ Exceptional **action management** and prioritization.
+ Strong **analytical, written, and verbal communication** skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills**
+ Knowledge of **IT security principles** (threat/vulnerability management, mitigation controls).
+ Experience with **process optimization** for AIT requirements.
+ Familiarity with **third-party/vendor risk management** . **Work Model**
+ **Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)** in Charlotte, NC.
