This role requires strong UX fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Role Summary

As anAnalyst – UX/UI & Delivery, you will lead and contribute to the design of user centered digital experiences, balancinguser needs, business priorities, and delivery constraints. The role emphasizesUX research, design execution, project coordination, and vendor management, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and outcomes.

You will act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, designers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of UX initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

LeadUX discovery and research activities, including user interviews, workshops, usability testing, and synthesis of insights.

Translate research findings and business requirements intoclear UX strategies, user journeys, and interaction models.

Producewireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specificationsusing industry standard design tools.

Ensuredesign quality, consistency, and accessibilityby applying UX best practices and design standards.

Act as abridge between business, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.

ManageUX related projects and initiatives, including planning, prioritization, tracking, and risk management.

Coordinate and overseeexternal vendors or partners, reviewing deliverables and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.

Support data in formed UX decisions by partnering with analytics teams and leveraging available user behavior insights.

Participate inAgile or iterative delivery, contributing to planning, reviews, and continuous improvement of processes.

Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ yearsof experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or a related role.

Strong background inUX research methods, user centered design, and usability principles.

Proficiency withdesign and prototyping tools(e.g., Figma, Axure,InDesignor similar).

Proven experience inproject management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of designand developmentinitiatives.

Experience working with and managingexternal vendors or agencies.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Familiarity with digital analytics concepts (e.g., interpreting user behavior data) is a plus.

Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g.,Angular or similar frameworks) isnice to have, not required.

Experience working inAgile or cross functional environments.

Bilingual proficiency inEnglish and Spanish.
