This role requires strong UX fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery. **Role Summary** As an **Analyst – UX/UI & Delivery** , you will lead and contribute to the design of user centered digital experiences, balancing **user needs, business priorities, and delivery constraints** . The role emphasizes **UX research, design execution, project coordination, and vendor management** , with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and outcomes. You will act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, designers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of UX initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead **UX discovery and research activities** , including user interviews, workshops, usability testing, and synthesis of insights. + Translate research findings and business requirements into **clear UX strategies, user journeys, and interaction models** . + Produce **wireframes, high** **fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications** using industry standard design tools. + Ensure **design quality, consistency, and accessibility** by applying UX best practices and design standards. + Act as a **bridge between business, technical teams, and vendors** , ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations. + Manage **UX** **related projects and initiatives** , including planning, prioritization, tracking, and risk management. + Coordinate and oversee **external vendors or partners** , reviewing deliverables and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. + Support data in formed UX decisions by partnering with analytics teams and leveraging available user behavior insights. + Participate in **Agile or iterative delivery** , contributing to planning, reviews, and continuous improvement of processes. **Skills & Qualifications** + **3–5+ years** of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or a related role. + Strong background in **UX research methods** , user centered design, and usability principles. + Proficiency with **design and prototyping tools** (e.g., Figma, Axure,InDesignor similar). + Proven experience in **project management** , including planning, coordination, and delivery of designand developmentinitiatives. + Experience working with and managing **external vendors or agencies** . + Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders. + Familiarity with digital analytics concepts (e.g., interpreting user behavior data) is a plus. + Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., **Angular or similar frameworks** ) is **nice to have** , not required. + Experience working in **Agile or cross** **functional environments** . + Bilingual proficiency in **English and Spanish** . **Core Competencies** + Strong **UX mindset** with the ability to advocate for the user while balancing business needs. + Excellent **project and vendor management** skills with strong ownership and follow through. + Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with attention to detail and quality. + Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills. + Structured problem solving and decision-making abilities. + Adaptability, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset. **Our benefits** To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about. **Our hybrid work model** BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
