Job Description **How will you make a difference?** Our NDT Application team combines knowledge of ultrasonic and electric-magnetic techniques and experience of applications to support sales activities of our sales force and detection demands of customers locally. Here you’ll interact daily with the customer during the exploration and improvement of the industrial inspection applications and will partner with other key stakeholders to support our customers. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the NDT Application Team, you will be responsible for + Pre-sales technical consultation and solutions development. + Support sales and distributors in technique to win the bid and achieve sales. + Provide training in technology and operations to customers or support in industrial qualification training classes. + Attend exhibitions and seminars to promote products and do demonstrations + Consolidate market trend about customer demands and competitor development and report to factory. + Exchange experiences with global application team and local distributors. **What will your typical day look like?** + Maintain and clean lab and fixed assets, demo units, etc. + Do experiments on specimens provided by customers and make test reports. + Collaborate with local sales, service or global team to shoot troubles on customers’ equipment. + Consolidate feedback on product problems and customer demands and report to factory. + Handle email and business phone calls **What do we want to know about you?** + Education: Master's degree or above + Major: Non-destructive testing relevant (Detection and Control Technology and Instruments). Or has NDT relevant experiences (Automation, Machinery, Materials) + Work experience: Over 3 years of relevant work experience + Language: Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate in web meeting or in-person + Other: Understand non-destructive testing (NDT), familiar with NDT automation, especially in the fields of ultrasound and eddy current, with corresponding NDT qualification certificates such as ISO9712, or CASEI UT, TOFD qualification certificates are preferred + Able to adapt to short-term business trip.
