**Position Overview** The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Analyst, which is a Band 3 Senior Contributor Career Track Role. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to drive our software development efforts in creating high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will understand systems requirements, produce clean code, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions aligned with business goals. **Responsibilities** · Design, develop, test, and deploy technology solutions to meet business needs. · Write clean code to support project delivery – on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. · Collaborate with other team members at the scrum team and Agile Release Train levels to deliver features and user stories. · Collaborate with program and business stakeholders to understand the origin and reasoning behind requirements and identify key capabilities to ensure successful product delivery. · Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and support the pursuit of business development opportunities. · Understand established architectural decisions, CIGNA technical standards, governance processes, and defined software delivery methodologies. **Qualifications** **Required Experience & Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline. · 5+ years of experience in application program development · 4+ years python · 1+ year(s) AWS · 1+ year(s) relational databases, Oracle preferred · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, organized and detail oriented. · Self-directed and work effectively in a team environment. · Experience with Agile software development methodology and understands SAFe Agile framework and principles. · Experience in Healthcare industry and Pharmacy systems a plus. · Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Jenkins (or other similar CI/CD). **About Evernorth Health Services** Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
