CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – Java & Web Technologies position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 9 months Duties: Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications across the full technology stack. Apply object-oriented design principles and application architecture standards. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and integrate APIs and services with internal and third-party systems. Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on schedule. Required Skills: Full-stack application development experience. Strong object-oriented programming and design pattern knowledge. API integration experience (REST, GraphQL). Experience with messaging systems and ETL/data pipelines. Familiarity with automated testing practices. Technologies: Java Ruby on Rails (RoR) MySQL REST APIs, GraphQL Messaging platforms ETL / data pipelines Experience: Experience in application design, development, and testing. Proven ability to work across multiple business domains. Experience integrating applications with internal and third-party platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
