Application Developer - Business Process Management (BPM)
**Location:** Piscataway, NJ **Duration:** 11 months CTG is seeking a skilled Application Developer with expertise in BPM to design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using IBM CP4BA Business Automation Workflow (BAW). This role focuses on process modeling, integration, and creating efficient, automated business workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop BPM solutions using IBM CP4BA/BAW (formerly IBM BPM). + Design and implement process workflows using BPMN 2.0. + Build user interfaces with Coaches/Coach Views and web technologies (CSS/JavaScript). + Integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, AJAX. + Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes). + Support process automation projects through development, testing, and production. **Required Skills:** + Hands-on experience with IBM CP4BA/BAW and BPMN 2.0. + Strong integration and database skills (SQL, data structures). + Experience with containerized deployments (OpenShift/Kubernetes). **Nice to Have:** + Case Management and Decision Services experience. + Performance tuning or troubleshooting in BAW. **Education:** + Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $102,000. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
