Application Architect - Open Source
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect - Open Source position for our client. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 11 months Duties: Design, develop, and implement software solutions leveraging open-source platforms and technologies. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Integrate various open-source tools and languages to create efficient, maintainable systems. Ensure that architectural decisions align with organizational goals and best practices. Provide guidance on workflow automation and system administration using open-source technologies. Skills: 3–4 years of experience developing workflows using CA Automic Automation tool. 3–4 years of experience performing administration tasks on CA Automic Automation. 5+ years of experience writing shell and PowerShell scripts. Proficiency in Python and SQL scripting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing open-source software solutions. Hands-on experience in workflow automation, scripting, and system administration. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
