Position Purpose
Primary responsibilities are providing technical, and application supports to Cyrel customers to drive business growth in G. China as well as other AP regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily laboratory operations (equipment organization, environment maintenance, safety inspections, compliance control) and inventory of consumables/tools (tracking, restocking, inventory checks) to ensure uninterrupted, standardized work.Demonstrate the entire Flexo plate making process to CTC visitors, intuitively showcasing the company's technical strength and core product advantages, and enhancing the professional brand image.Master the company's quality complaint handling process and system operation, properly address customer complaints and claims, and maintain long-term and stable customer relationships.Focus on the testing and evaluation of the company's new products, follow up on AP technical projects, covering the entire process of laboratory evaluation and on-site follow-up.Conduct on-site customer tests, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in flexo plate making and printing processes, and provide systematic professional training to customers.Complete the annual update and maintenance of SGS reports and product TDS documents on time to ensure technical data is accurate, compliant, and effective, meeting business and customer needs.Responsible for the execution of flexo plate making and printing tests for customers in AP region, conduct precise data analysis and effect evaluation, and support the advancement of relevant business and customer projects.Understand the company’s overall business and deepen knowledge of the assigned BU’s operations, following direction from technical managers and project leaders.Deepen professional capabilities in the flexo printing technology field, participate in regional technical expert exchanges to keep abreast of industry trends, share technical experience with R&D colleagues and technicians, ensure personal work aligns with team goals, and contribute to the overall success of projects.REQUIREMENTS
Science and Engineering background is required. Candidates with a professional background in Printing, work experience in the printing industry, especially practical experience in flexo plate making and printing, are preferred.Demonstrate proven experience in on-site customer technical support, troubleshooting, and training, complemented by excellent communication capabilities to accurately address and fulfill customer requirements.Must be results-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes within specified timelines.Possess exceptional customer communication and interaction skills, and emphasize teamwork to facilitate the achievement of business and technical objectives.Be willing to travel, with a maximum travel frequency of 35%.Must have proficient English reading and written communication skills; candidates with strong oral English proficiency are preferred.Proficient in office software operations, with solid capabilities in Excel data analysis and PPT report development to support technical analysis and customer communication.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
