Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end users and informational technology areas. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. + Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. + Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Stays current with internal processes, policies, and procedures. + Acts as the primary point of contact for ongoing production maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call and after-hours support schedules. + Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a range of customers, including system users. Maintains a positive relationship with the customer. + Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing, both unit and integrated. + May assist in training delivery for projects, updates or upgrades. + Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders. + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education EXPERIENCE + No experience required + Experience supporting radiology or cardiology imaging applications (such as PACS) as an end user, super user, or system administrat or previous work in a technical support, help desk, or application support environment preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. + Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. + Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. + Frequent keyboard use/data entry. + Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. + Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. + Rare climbing.
