Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating the physical plant, buildings, and grounds. This role involves performing a wide range of handyman-level maintenance tasks and requires familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical applications.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining and operating the physical plant, buildings, and grounds.Complete handyman-level maintenance tasks.Work with a variety of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Experience with commercial facilities maintenance.Strong customer service skills.Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.Capability to work outside in varying weather conditions.Clean driving record.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of commercial facilities maintenance.Understanding of safety and compliance standards.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work within a common interest community association that includes six active adult (55+) member condominium associations. The 45-acre campus features a clubhouse with a fitness studio, gym, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and more. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Total weekly hours are 37.5, with additional hours on weekends and evenings as required (on-call).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
