Join MSCI’s APAC Sustainability & Climate Marketing team as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support regional initiatives that highlight MSCI’s leadership in sustainable finance and climate solutions across markets such as Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Greater China. The intern will work closely with regional marketing leads to help execute S&C-focused campaigns, support events, and contribute to marketing operations designed to enhance client engagement and brand visibility in this rapidly evolving space.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of regional Sustainability & Climate marketing campaigns and initiatives.Support the planning, logistics, and promotion of both in-person and virtual S&C-focused events across the APAC region.Help create, update, and localize S&C-related marketing materials and digital assets.Collaborate with team members on reporting and performance tracking for S&C campaigns.Conduct market research to identify sustainability and climate trends to support content development.Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for event and campaign execution.Assist with proofreading, translation, and adaptation of sustainability-related content (e.g., English and local languages, depending on location).Support post-event follow-ups and lead tracking to maximize client engagement.Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and team coordination.Your skills and experience that will help you excelCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.Able to commit to at least 3 full working days per week and a minimum internship duration of 6 months.Strong communication skills in English.Genuine interest in sustainability, climate change, financial markets, and/or event management.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content platforms, and social media is a bonus.Experience in event planning or project coordination is advantageous.A team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn.About MSCI
