The APAC Salesforce Training & Support Lead will be working within the Enterprise Delivery & CRM team, reporting to the APAC Training & Change Lead. Responsible for delivery of APAC adoption strategies, training requirements, change management, and the management of training resources to support business and project requirements.We are looking for someone who can take ownership of implementing training and change activities across the Asia Pacific region. You will work alongside our team of Salesforce Support, Administrators, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and Product Owners to collaborate on stakeholder requirements, training, adoption and change management.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Training & Change Lead and Product Owner to ensure our regional strategies are being delivered, and the business is getting value from the platform.Responsible for the management of Key stakeholders, influencers, and country / business line champions across Asia PacificBuild solid relationships with the userbase to ensure communication pathway are establishedProviding deployment, project and change management support & training to business usersProvide group and 1:1 training for end users at all levels of the businessProvide onboarding training for new users Create and maintain training materials and content Responsible for all communications to users on release notes, updates, training etcTroubleshoot and manage end to end issue resolutionTraining users on Dashboards and reporting capabilities of salesforceReview business rules with the business stakeholders to refine requirements Ability to discuss these requirements and solutions with both technical and business communityImplement Change Management plans to support adoption, deployments, and projectsBuild communication plans to support change management activities for deployment & projectsUAT support for users during BAU releases and Project releasesAccountabilities
Ensure our userbase understand the platform capabilities through Training and Coaching Ensure our userbase understand the platform capabilities through Training and Coaching Supporting our userbase for day to day queries Ensuring platform improvements are captured and prioritized to meet business needsResponsible for user acceptance testing and production testing, as UAT leadResponsible for establishing a knowledge base and ongoing updatesDelivery of communications to support CMPs, Training & Onboarding, Deployments & Projects

Background and Experience
2+ years’ working with SalesforceExperience creating and delivering training & communicationsExperience working on custom end-to-end SFDC or CRM projectsExperience or an interest in Property/Real Estate Industry will put you at a distinct advantage!Qualifications & Technical Skills
