Responsibilities:

Own and manage a portfolio of products throughout their lifecycle, from strategy to execution.Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and growth priorities.Lead product planning and decision‑making to maximize customer value and business performance.Drive new product development initiatives, ensuring on‑time delivery and strong market fit.Regularly review product performance and take action to improve results or address issues.Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D.Gather and translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into product actions.Support pricing, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.Ensure product information, systems, and documentation are accurate and consistently maintained.Champion improvements to customer experience, including digital tools and platforms.Track progress using defined metrics and communicate clearly with key stakeholders.Identify risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions.Contribute to global and regional alignment on product strategy and executionContinuously improve ways of working and develop professional skills to increase impact.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a product management roleExperience with direct customer & end-user interactionsSolid knowledge of supply chain and contract operation processesGood understanding of finished product quality aspectsVery strong communication and influencer skillsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and drive resultsFamiliarity with the technical and regulatory requirements in personal protective equipment is preferredVery strong project managements skills & results orientedStrong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.English fluency both verbal and written is a must. Other regional languages are a plus.
