AP/Payroll Specialist - Boston, MA Our client, a fast-paced organization in the construction and professional services sector, is seeking an AP/Payroll Specialist to manage accounts payable and payroll operations. This role involves processing vendor invoices, handling payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate vendor recordsPrepare and reconcile payments and assist with month-end reportingManage weekly and biweekly payroll cycles, including time entry and adjustmentsMaintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiriesGenerate standard reports for management

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in accounts payable and payrollProficiency with Sage and Paychex (required)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
