Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkJob Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure invoices are processed and paid according to company policy, and any problems or questions relating to accounts payable are resolved or answered.

ResponsibilitiesMatch invoices to online purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and promptly.Review invoice entries to ensure accuracy.Collaborate with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy.Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers.Process at least 200 invoices per week, including reviewing, entering, and processing.Handle purchase orders, check returns, and voids.Communicate with vendors and manage remittance addresses.Set up ACH requests.
Essential SkillsExperience in invoice processing and purchase orders.Proficiency in Accounts Payable and invoicing.Familiarity with JD Edwards software.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business obtained in 2022 or more recently.Some business experience or internship.Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing.Proficiency in basic sorting and filtering within Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment

This role reports to the Senior AP Manager within a team of over 37 members. The position requires being onsite in Blue Bell, PA, four days per week from Monday to Thursday. The work environment includes access to a state-of-the-art facility with a gym. Employees will work for one of the largest landscaping services companies in the US, under a forward-thinking leadership team led by a new CEO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
