Job Title: Accounts Payable AssociateJob Description

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will collaborate with the accounting team to manage and process payables, oversee vendor management, and handle cash management tasks. Your role will include processing payments through wire, ACH, or check, recording transactions, reconciling credit card statements, managing vendor information, and participating in various ad-hoc projects.

ResponsibilitiesProcess daily payables entries and execute payments via check, wire, ACH, and credit card.Reconcile credit card statements on a monthly basis, requesting receipts as needed.Maintain vendor information, including W-9 and bank details.Conduct spend analysis to optimize financial operations.
Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts payable and invoice processing.Experience with payment processing and reconciling credit cards.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and using basic formulas.One or more years of experience in a corporate accounting or business environment.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business.Familiarity with ERP systems such as Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.Experience in the insurance industry or financial services organization is a plus.
Work Environment

This position is based in a state-of-the-art headquarters located in Fort Washington, PA, where you will work on-site five days a week. You will be part of a finance team consisting of 11 members, reporting to the Director of Accounting. The organization offers a very people-friendly and aesthetically pleasing office environment with a team-friendly, close-knit culture, including regular happy hours and team-building activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
