AP AR Clerk
**Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk** **East Tulsa, OK** **$25–$30 per hour** (based on experience) **Position Summary** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk to support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone who maintains high accuracy, and provides excellent internal and external customer service. **Key Responsibilities** **Accounts Receivable** + Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices and statements on a daily basis. + Apply payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on delinquent accounts. + Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, short payments, and account discrepancies. **Accounts Payable** + Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction details, approvals, and proper coding. + Schedule and prepare payments, ensuring proper authorization and timely disbursement. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, adjustments, or stop payments as needed. **General Accounting** + Post AP and AR transactions to accounting ledgers with a high degree of accuracy. + Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting. + Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. + Follow internal accounting controls and data security procedures, including database backups. + Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of AP/AR or accounting support experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Offic **e** , particularly Excel + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent customer service and communication skills **What We Offer** + Competitive pay: **$25–$30/hour** + East Tulsa location with consistent schedule + Weekly PayAccess to no cost college degree program **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
