AP Analyst

This Accounts Payable Specialist will support the team by processing invoices in SAP and Esker, as well as managing vendor maintenance.
Responsibilities
+ Review purchase order backed invoices and complete a three-way match with the invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods.
+ Collaborate closely with Procurement, Plant Administrators, and Cost Accountants to resolve invoice holds related to pricing, quantity, goods receipts, or other purchase order issues.
+ Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to invoice and payment-related inquiries from vendors and business partners.
+ Distribute invoices to appropriate parties for proper receiving on a purchase order, coding, and/or approvals, whether at the Plant or Corporate level.
Essential Skills
+ Five or more years of experience with Accounts Payable in organizations with revenue greater than $100 million.
+ Proficiency in SAP with at least two years of experience since 2021 or more recent.
+ Experience in vendor communication, both written and oral, within an Accounts Payable context.
+ Proficiency in performing a three-way match with purchase orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working within an international company is preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment
The role operates within a team under the direction of the Treasurer. The team has over five members and works in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring five days a week in the office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
